We really cannot tell if you qualify without your credit report.
Typically you have 14-45 days to run your credit with multiple mortgage lenders when home shopping. Avoid credit hits from running credit on revolving, and or installment inquiries. Keep your credit card balances low and make sure your bills are all paid on time to keep your score high.
